I’m DJ LEANSKI—a New York-born, Boston-raised Hip Hop pioneer with over 40 years of experience moving crowds, building communities, and honoring the culture.
What started as a way to escape the streets turned into a lifelong mission: spreading joy, unity, and raw energy through music.
I’m more than a DJ—I’m a storyteller, a curator of vibes, and a cultural ambassador. Every set is personal. Every transition is intentional. Whether it’s an underground cypher or a packed corporate wedding dance floor, I bring the same heart and hustle.

DJ LEANSKI – Biography
Lino Delgado, better known as DJ LEANSKI (aka Leanskee), is a professional DJ, Hip Hop artist, educator, and international event organizer with over 40 years of experience rooted in Hip Hop culture.
Since 1998, Leanski has produced and headlined Hip Hop events across the United States and Europe, including Boston, New York, Atlanta, Miami, Los Angeles, Hawai‘i, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland. His work spans clubs, festivals, community programs, and cultural institutions, earning him respect as both a performer and a leader within the culture.
As a DJ, Leanski is known for his ability to read the crowd, control the energy of the room, and seamlessly blend classic Hip Hop, Breakbeats, R&B, funk, House, Afro Beats, Reggae, Latin Music and clean party music. Whether performing at a club night, private event, community gathering, or large-scale festival, he brings professional execution, cultural knowledge, and an unforgettable experience.
Throughout his career, Leanski has collaborated with major brands including Converse, Puma, Reebok, Pro Keds, Saucony, Tommy Hilfiger, Karmaloop, Red Bull, and Volkswagen. His work continues to bridge music, culture, and education through partnerships with artists, schools, and organizations nationwide.
In recognition of his lifelong contributions to Hip Hop culture, Leanski has received multiple honors, including Lifetime Achievement Awards and induction into the Berklee College of Music African Studies Hall of Fame—a distinction recognizing his impact as an artist, cultural educator, and community leader.
Leanski is also a co-founder and board member of the Urban Dance and Education Foundation (UDEF), a national organization dedicated to supporting Breaking and Hip Hop dance events, education, and youth development across the United States.
More than a DJ or event producer, DJ LEANSKI represents the preservation, evolution, and future of Hip Hop and Open style music, movement, and education to inspire generations and build community through sound.
